| View in browser June 12, 2026 Dear valued client,   On June 11, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit ruled in favour of the Trump administration, allowing the continued collection of the 10% Section 122 tariffs while ongoing legal challenges proceed through the courts.   The court determined that the federal government demonstrated sufficient grounds to maintain the tariffs during the litigation process. The ruling does not address the ultimate legality of the tariffs but permits their collection to continue pending a final decision.   At this time, importers should continue to expect the 10% Section 122 tariff to apply to affected imports. The tariffs are currently scheduled to expire on July 24, unless extended or modified by future government action.   We will continue to monitor developments closely and provide updates as additional information becomes available.   If you have questions regarding the impact of these tariffs on your imports, please contact our team or your usual JORI representative.   Best regards,   JORI Logistics Customs  Support Team customs@jorilogistics.com  I want to talk to JORI's experts ☝️ JORI Logistics, 10-1323 44 Ave NE, Calgary, AB T2E 6L5, Canada, (403) 571-3200 Unsubscribe Manage preferences |
